Lego Legs( Complete this workout 2x)
1. 50 jumping jacks
2. 15 lunge exchanges
3. 15 ins and outs
4. 15 walking lunge(continuous)
5. 30 feet Lat Low Walk( if you only 10 feet to use go back and forth 3 times)
6. 50 jumping jacks
7. 15 Prisoners
8. 15 single leg squats
9. 15 Rockets
10. prisoners hold (15 secs)
Take 4 minute rest and complete the workout again!!!
*** 15 - 20 minutes jog and stretch
Super Hero Core ( Complete this workout 2x)
1. Plank 1:00
2. V-ups 20
3.Superman 20 (on your stomach)
4. Masters 20
5. L-ups 20
6. Opposite Arm Opposite leg 20 (on your stomach)
7. Side ups 20
8. Side-ups 20
9. Double Arms 20 (on your stomach)
10. Plank 30 seconds
Take 4 minute rest and complete the workout again!!!
*** 15 - 20 minutes jog and stretch
Rocky Balboa (Complete this workout 4x)
1. High Knees in place 1:00 minute
2. Rear Kicks in place 1:00 minute
3. Running Arms 1:00 minute( simply stand in place and move your arms in a running motion)
4. Squat Thrusts 30 seconds
5. Jumping Jacks 2:00 minutes
Take 3 minutes rest and repeat
*** 15 - 20 minutes jog and stretch
