Hard Work and Talent...on display at Red Raiders...

There is only one secret to success. This secret is talked about by many but put into action by few. The North Salem Track team has been utilizing this secret since the beginning of the spring track season. HARD WORK is the key to success. The North Salem Track team has been working extremely hard in practice and this dedication and commitment was fully realized at the Red Raider Invitational this past weekend.

Girls 4 x 400 (Maggie, Allison, Emma, Alexa) 6th place (4:37) 8 seconds off the school record!!!
Meet Highlights:
Everyone who attended the meet on Friday experienced a personal best. They were able to break a previous standard and move towards their season goals. The girls 4 x 400 meter relay made a spectacular run placing 1st in their heat amongst tough competition. Coach Davis and I are proud of all of the hard work that the team has been putting forth throughout the entire season. If we can continue to work hard, we will undoubtedly be met with unparalleled success.
